We haven't posted anything for a while, so I thought I'd add something. We are in the process of trying to find a place to live after we get married. We are focusing on some townhomes in the Daybreak area in South Jordan, Utah. We have 4 offers in right now and so far nothing back on them. There are a couple of homes that we are keeping as fallback options since the prices are in our range, but the size or condition isn't as good. We are really hoping for this townhouse:
It has 3 bedrooms 3 baths and an unfinished basement for expansion. It was the first offer we had put in, but the realtor says we are still about 2-3 weeks out on an answer. We are praying our offer is excepted and we ask everyone else if they could keep us in their prayers as well!
